What is an extruder and what is its use in the packaging industry?

It is a container made of iron alloys that is placed at the beginning of the packaging machine so that the product (paste) is poured into it and cut into different weights and then transferred to the packaging machine.

What is the use of extruder?

As we said, the extruder connected to the packaging machine is suitable for products that have a paste-like texture, and this system can be seen in the tobacco packaging machine, the catering lavash packaging machine, the date paste packaging machine… of this series.

Extruder structure

The extruder is a set of chambers and screws that can be used as the body and main unit for producing products with different weights. Extruders are divided into two categories: single-screw extruders and twin-screw extruders.

There are also long blades inside the extruder chamber for mixing the product.

Cellphone used by the machine:

Transparent wrappers such as: cellphone tres bafan (opp), cellphone metallized (bopp), etc. are used for packaging, each of which is offered in different sizes and thicknesses on the market. If a specific type of cellphone is in the customers’ interest, it must first be tested with the Pillopack machine.
