Like a piece of ice that gradually melts when exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as air. This is separate from their microbial spoilage.

Function of the fruit and citrus fruit packaging machine:

• The product is placed inside the machine without any impact by the operator.
• Then it is placed in 15 micron cellophane and passes through the shrinking machine.
• The cellophane sticks to the product and is packaged by very low heat.

This method is more economical than other possible methods. Due to the use of 15 micron cellophane, the cost and amount of cellophane consumed by the machine is lower, and it also allows the use of patterned cellophane.
