Bottom Sewing Packaging Machine – Adili Machinery

This machine is made horizontally and is used for packaging single and multiple products. Pillopack machines are not suitable for powder or bulk packaging.

Product packaging with this machine is done in a double-head sewing (pillow or pillopack) manner, and it is also very easy to operate.

This machine is suitable for packaging products such as: all kinds of food, medical supplies and equipment, hygiene supplies, metal and plastic parts, etc.

Mechanism and design of the bottom sewing packaging machine:

• Product packaging up to 30 cm wide (normally)
• The production capacity of this machine varies from 50 to 220 packages per minute depending on the type of product.
• It is manufactured in two models: PLC and mechanical (according to customer needs).
• Has an emergency protection system
• Ability to work with thermal and adhesive cellophane (hot seal and cold seal)
• The body of the machine is made of all-steel coating

Consumable cellophane for the Pilopack machine

For packaging transparent wrappers such as: Cellophane Tres Bafan (opp), cellophane metallized (bopp), and … which are available in different sizes and thicknesses in the market are used. If a specific type of cellophane is in the customers’ interest, it must first be tested with the Pillopack machine.
